Dispatch announces the appointment of David Morland as Chief Executive Officer. David succeeds Pat Burns, who is leaving the company to pursue a new professional opportunity.
Since joining Dispatch in 2016, David has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and evolution. As Chief Financial Officer, he helped guide Dispatch from an early-stage startup into the leading Service Orchestration Platform, trusted by some of the largest service brands in North America.
Beyond his financial leadership, David has worked closely with many of Dispatch’s largest customers and partners over the past ten years, helping shape company strategy, product investment priorities, and long-term growth initiatives. His deep understanding of the service industry and strong customer focus position him uniquely to lead Dispatch into its next phase of growth.
